Terms

Towerhold is a free indie browser game. By playing, you agree to the simple rules below.
The service
Towerhold is provided as-is, free of charge, for personal enjoyment. There's no subscription, no in-app purchase, and no guarantee that any specific feature, faction, or match outcome will exist tomorrow. We patch the game frequently.
Acceptable use
- No cheating. Don't modify the client, automate input, exploit bugs to ruin matches, or use any tool that interferes with other players' games.
- No abusive names. Display names visible to opponents must not be hateful, harassing, or impersonating others. We may rename or block accounts that don't follow this.
- No abuse of capacity. Don't script repeated session creation, queue spam, or anything designed to deny service to other players.
We may, at our discretion, temporarily or permanently block access for violations.
Content
The game, its art, code, and lore are © Towerhold. You may stream or record gameplay freely, including monetized content; please credit the site URL if you do.
No warranty
The game is provided without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it online, balanced, and bug-free, but we make no guarantees. Don't use it for anything that depends on reliability.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game grows. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued play after a change means you accept the new version.
